Bobbie Lou Peede Shearin

Bobbie a native of Beaufort County, NC was the daughter of the late Daniel Webster and Julia Flowers Peede. She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter Franklin “Pete” Shearin.

Bobbie was a member of East 10th street Church of Christ, the Eastern star and was retired from Champion International Paper Company.

She is survived by her sons, Walter Franklin Shearin, Jr and his wife, Lorrie of Bedford, IN; and Steven Wayne Shearin and his wife, Jennifer of Burgaw, NC;
three grand children, Heather Overton, Jeremy Curtis Shearin, Kelsey Wade and her husband, Gary and three great grand children, Jordan Overton, Zachary Overton and Skyelyn Marie Wade.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday August 27, 2016 at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Askew Funeral and Cremation Services with Minister Dave Chapman officiating.

Interment will follow in Cedarwood cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 P.M. until service time.
