Mr. Samuel Arthur Tuten age 93, of Raleigh, NC passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at his home.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Garnette Leake Crocker Tuten. He was an Extension Agent for the NC
Cooperative Extension Service and had served there for thirty two years. He was a World War II Navy veteran having served his
country in the Pacific Theater.
He is survived by his daughter, Lib Tuten McClenny, Martha Tuten Angel and Garnette Crocker Tuten. Five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Massey Funeral Home in Jackson, NC with The Rev. Duncan Jones
officiating.
Burial will follow at Seaboard Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday at Massey Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until service time.
